Ms. Pleat Cut-Out Dress (Fully pleated top and skirt)

ONARIN new experiment: Ms. Pleat Cut-Out Dress with a bias cut pleated skirt. Fully pleated top and skirt. The top is constructed with pleat at the bust and has halter neck straps with a self tie back detail. The skirt is pleated and tie at the front of bust, complete with curve-accentuating cutouts from the ribs to the waist before this beautiful silk- piece falls into a slightly flared hem and move beautifully. It'll work for both cocktail parties and beachside dinners.
